A SEASONAL TASTING MENU
Twelve courses.
One fire.
Cooked over oak embers, served at a counter of twenty seats. Wednesday to Sunday, from seven.
EXPLORE THE MENUTHE KITCHEN
Everything touches the fire, even dessert.
The menu follows what our growers and fishermen bring in each week. Nothing is written in stone, except the hearth.

RESERVATIONS
Join us at the counter.
Tables are released four weeks ahead. The tasting menu takes around three hours.
EVENING
Fri 16 and Sat 17 are fully booked.
The idea
A wood-fired tasting-menu restaurant. Guests book weeks ahead for an evening, not just a meal, so the site needs to convey the atmosphere and make reserving effortless.
Dark, warm and editorial: a refined display serif, candlelit photography and slow, deliberate motion. The tasting menu unfolds course by course, and reservations sit one tap away throughout.
Course-by-course tasting menu
Step through the season’s menu with full-bleed photography and pairing notes for each course.
Reservations built in
Pick a date, time and party size without leaving the page. Fully booked evenings are shown, not hidden.
Private dining
A short enquiry for larger groups that asks the right questions up front.
